 BOOKINGS & PLAY

  • Check in at Reception before entering the courts.
  • Please arrive 10 minutes before your booking.
  • Court time starts and ends as scheduled.
  • Late arrivals do not extend playing time.
  • Only registered players and paid guests may enter.
  • No cancellations and refunds, only reschedule your booking once.

ON THE COURT

  • Non-marking athletic shoes only.
  • No food, alcoholic beverages, or smoking inside the courts.
  • Water and sports drinks are permitted.
  • No dragging nets, benches, or equipment.
  • Return rental equipment after use.
  • No practice dinking on the court walls. 

OPEN PLAY

  • Open Play follows Rally Scoring.
  • Please rotate fairly after each game.
  • Respect all skill levels and fellow players.
  • Unsportsmanlike conduct will not be tolerated.

SAFETY

  • Play at your own risk.
  • Warm up before playing.
  • Report hazards or injuries immediately.
  • Children must be supervised at all times and shall not run around the playing area.

CLEANLINESS

  • Dispose of trash properly.
  • Keep courts and lounge tidy.
  • Return chairs and equipment to designated areas.

PET POLICY

  • Pets are welcome in waiting areas only.
  • Pets are strictly prohibited on court surfaces.
  • They must be placed inside a carrier for safety purposes.
  • Valid vaccine cards are required.
  • Pets must wear diapers at all times.
  • Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.

THE FOLLOWING MAY RESULT IN REMOVAL FROM THE FACILITY

  • Abuse of staff or guests
  • Intentional damage to property
  • Unsafe or reckless behavior
  • Failure to follow VANTA policies

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

 

  1. All guests are required to pay an entrance fee of ₱100 per person upon entry, regardless of court usage. Discounts apply for Senior and PWD citizens. Kids below 3ft are free of charge.

  2. To ensure safety, comfort, and optimal playing conditions for all guests, each court is limited to a maximum of ten (12) players for every hour of booking. This capacity limit must be strictly observed. Management reserves the right to regulate court usage and deny access to additional players once the maximum number has been reached.

  3. All court reservations and corresponding payments must be completed exclusively through the official VANTA Playserve website. Bookings made through unofficial channels, including social media platforms, will not be recognized or processed.

  4. Pets are permitted within the facility but must follow a strict pet policy to ensure the safety, hygiene, and comfort of all guests.

  5. Children are welcome, provided they are under the supervision of a responsible adult at all times. For safety reasons, non-participating children are not allowed within the playing areas. Standard entrance fees shall apply

  6. Guests are required to wear appropriate sports attire at all times. Only court-approved, non-marking footwear is permitted within the playing areas to maintain court quality and ensure player safety.

  7. Guests are solely responsible for the safekeeping of their personal belongings. Management shall not be held liable for any lost, misplaced, or stolen items within the premises.

  8. Management reserves the right to refuse entry or service to any individual who fails to comply with facility rules and regulations or whose conduct is deemed inappropriate.

  9. Guests are permitted to stay within the premises for up to one (1) hour prior to and one (1) hour after their reserved court time. This policy does not apply to guests utilizing the designated lounge area. 

  10. Any damage caused to the courts, equipment, or facility due to a player’s negligence or misuse shall be the responsibility of the individual concerned. Corresponding repair or replacement costs will be charged accordingly and must be settled promptly.

  11. By entering the court and using the facility, guests acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with sports activities, including but not limited to physical injury, strain, or accidents. The management shall not be held liable for any injuries, loss, or medical conditions sustained before, during, or after play. Players are responsible for ensuring that they are in suitable physical condition to participate.
